It seems like one laptop simply wasn’t enough for him. He needed one for work purposes and an iPad to watch the western comedy classic Blazing Saddles. Everything would have been fine had he asked to use this person’s fold-out table in advance…

While the husband is able to fall asleep in a conventional position, the only way the wife can get comfortable while sleeping is by kicking her feet up in the air. Now that’s a match made in heaven, literally.

So you’ve just got comfortable. You’re ready for that long haul flight and you’ve got that movie ready to watch when the coast is clear to use electric appliances. But then, someone with long hair comes along and plants their locks over the back of their seat.

We don’t know if it was a man or a woman. At this stage, who cares? What matters is you have to look at that person’s hair for the next five-plus hours. Now that’s entertainment.

This guy took his huge cello on the plane and whenever the flight attendants passed by, they couldn’t help but ask if that was necessary. However, the passenger had bought two seats, one for himself and one for the cello. To be fair, this person might actually be within their rights to do this.

At the end of the day, there have been many stories of airlines mishandling people’s musical instruments and setting them back a small fortune. This solves that problem.

Brushing one’s teeth seems like an activity that wouldn’t annoy others. At the end of the day, everyone is expected to brush twice a day in order to keep their dentures nice and white.

There is a chance that this guy boarded a plane very early in the morning and simply didn’t have time to brush his teeth until he was up in the air. At any rate, some passengers were annoyed by this. Despite their best efforts to tell him to stop, the guy kept brushing away.

While there are many kinds of leisure that one can enjoy partaking during a flight, we never thought that there would be facilities or even room on a plane to perform any serious kind of exercise. And yet, this guy managed to find some space on the plane where he could do some press-ups.

The only problem with that it is at the front of the plane where the cabin crew performs a lot of their duties. Surely you could just wait until you’re on land…

It’s simply reality – many people build up bad odors in their shoes. Sweat builds up and subsequentially, bad smells will follow. This passenger is totally aware of this and at the best of times, he can’t stand the smell of his own shoes. In fact, he can smell it while he’s wearing them.

As a result, he thought of an ingenious method to alleviate this problem while he was on a plane. He simply used his personal air conditioner to blow out the odors…

There are certain things you can do on a plane when it comes to “body maintenance.” However, cutting your toenails isn’t one of them. Doing this in public was never acceptable, so why would one think that it is OK all of a sudden to do it in a confined space – on a plane?

Not only is it annoying for the passenger sitting next to you, but it is also frustrating for the people who have to clean it up after you have left the plane.

Passengers have been known to display all kinds of erratic behavior when it comes to the exit doors on planes. Some desperately want to be reassured that there is no way that any doors on the vehicle can be opened during flight, which is perfectly justified.

But for the adults out there, card games are the way to go while sitting out a five-hour-long flight. Of course, most normal people play card games, or any computer game, for that matter, with their hands – not their feet…

It is perfectly normal to see passengers on a plane do some makeshift stuff with their clothes. They might use a sweater as a pillow, or a jacket as a blanket. Never in our lives though have we seen a passenger take out their wet laundry on a plane and hang it out to dry.

And yet, that’s exactly what this person did. Not only did they hang up a green shirt, but they also put their underwear on top of a seat!

Seeing someone else’s feet while on a plane is bad enough. To see that person’s feet stretch out into your personal space is also pretty bad. But for that person’s feet to be dirty and most likely, stinky, it should be an arrestable offense.

It looks as if this person hasn’t washed their feet in years and now they have the audacity to share their foulness with other passengers? This guy should be sent straight to smelly feet prison, for sure.

How on earth did this person manage to do a 180 and have their feet face up toward the heavens? Whatever the case might be, there is no denying that what this guy was doing was bound to annoy a number of passengers on this flight.

Do people really need to sleep like this in order to get comfortable? When was the last time that you slept in this position at home? Just sleep while sitting like every other normal person and we won’t have to share these photos ever again!

Some passengers get way too comfortable when they are on a flight. While some like to put up their feet, kick back and express new levels of casual behavior that they wouldn’t even display at home, some like to abuse the baggage compartment to their own advantage.

In theory, we’d like to think that we all keep that playful side and are able to open up to kids who just want to play. This kid was more than happy to show off their squeaky toy to a complete stranger while on a flight. We can’t imagine this passenger being that responsive to the playful gesture.

There is absolutely no crime in eating on a plane. Whether it is a light snack or a full-on meal, most people will probably consume something when they are up in the air. This woman is no exception, with her own exquisite dinner provided by the airline.

However, what many other passengers might be uncomfortable about is the fact that she is eating with her feet up in the air. Moreover, she is eating barefoot, and in certain cultures, that is unacceptable.

You would think that kids would know better than to pull the hair of someone sitting in front of them on a plane.

However, it seems like these two siblings had never seen dreadlocks before and didn’t even realize that they were hair. Upon first glance, they assumed that they were sort of toy that they could pull and who knows? Maybe it would make a noise. Of course, the man who sported the dreads did make a noise afterward.

Who thought that they would end up on the same flight as Peter Parker himself, Spider-Man? We’d be surprised if anyone on this flight was actually convinced that the man inside this costume was actually the man who shoots webs from his hands.

This guy is obviously just trying to get attention. Either that or he is currently celebrating Halloween while up in the air. At least these passengers can feel at ease knowing that Spidey will save the day…

Sometimes, it might be the person taking the photo who is being the annoying one. Take this person for example, who was starstruck when they realized that they were sitting directly to comedian/actor Nick Offerman.

However, the photographer was in store for a disappointed when they realized that the star of Parks and Recreation was just like his character, Ron Swanson, in real life. By that, we mean he was just as dismissive and not in the mood to talk.

Sure, passengers on planes often get rudely woken up by people sticking their feet where it doesn’t belong, usually from behind them.

However, this guy had to experience a more intimate scenario where the passenger sitting next to them decided to take their socks and shoes off right. Not only did he get a front seat view, literally, but he also got a good whiff of what he was packing inside. He had no choice but to expose him with a selfie.

We are bound to end up being on the same plane with some people who have experienced some sort of accident. Maybe there are multiple passengers at any given time on the same plane who are nursing some painful injuries.

However, even those people are obligated to make things as easy for their fellow passengers as possible. We are sure that this poor guy could have concealed his broken ankle for everyone else to see and smell. But no, the patient comes first, apparently.

This guy thought it would make perfect sense to call the quits with his soon-to-be-ex girlfriend while a mile up in the sky. He didn’t take into account though that he’d need to sit through her sobbing for the next five hours, with everyone else having to listen too.

This might be one of the most worrying photos on this entire list. While we can forgive jackets and scarfs being hung over seats, underwear is simply unacceptable. Who thought it would be a good idea to display your boxers in public for all of the passengers around you to see?

All we can wonder after seeing this photo is the following: what is the passenger wearing at this moment in time? We just hope they brought an extra pair.

Let’s be real here – having someone’s feet stick out from the seat behind you is never a pleasant experience. However, there is something to say for the type of feet that show up out of nowhere. While we might associate the word “potty” with the plastic toilet that toddlers will use, the British also use the word as an adjective. It’s basically used to describe someone who is acting irrationally.

You could go as far as to say that this person was acting potty by placing a potty seat in the corner of the plane during a flight. Whoever thought that this would be a fair thing to do, especially when passengers have to smell whatever ends up in it?!

Sitting behind someone who is rude enough to hang their hair over the seat like this is bad enough. And we have already shown an example of someone doing this earlier on in the article. However, we couldn’t help but include this photo of the same situation

What makes this image even more epic though is the person’s reaction. We can’t exactly tell whether or not it’s a genuine reaction. Either way, we’re sure that he wasn’t entirely comfortable with it.

We know that people get excited when Thanksgiving comes along and everyone is rushing back to their homes to carve up some turkey. Never in our lives though have we actually seen someone take a living member of the poultry family aboard a plane.

This person got the fright of their lives when a turkey sprung up from nowhere and started to give them hell. Some passengers haven’t heard of a cargo hold. That’s where many animals are supposed to go!

It’s perfectly acceptable to maintain your facial skincare and ensure that you don’t have any outstanding blemishes. Who hasn’t gone to town on some nasty zit that doesn’t want to go away?

With that said, there is no denying that there is a time and place for this, by all accounts, gross practice. To be honest, you can pop your zits whenever you please, as long as they are in private. This woman couldn’t help herself while on the plane.

In this day and age, where germs can spread so easily, especially on planes, people take crazy measures to close themselves off from others. Some people wear masks, but some will cover themselves in a plastic bag.

We have no idea whether or not this person is still alive or if a gangster brought this body on the plane in a bag. We’ll let you decide what the outcome was! At any rate, it looks like something out of a mafia movie.

You’ll have to excuse us but we’re finding it very hard to believe that this person’s legs require that much space. We have no doubt that this individual can stay within the constraints of their own seat, and they’ll be just fine.

If they’re really so convinced that their body requires two seats’ worth of leg room, they can purchase two flight tickets and manspread as much as they want. In fact, they can purchase the whole row if they feel that constricted by just one seat!

This guy seems to believe that the plane window is serving as a personal drying rack, just for him and his socks. We’re not even sure how his socks got to a point in which they needed to be aired out so urgently, and we don’t want to know!

So not only is this man blocking everyone’s view out the window but he’s also stinking up the plane. Maybe public transportation just isn’t for him?

This guy was playing a video game on his phone, full volume, without headphones, for six whole hours! The fact that his phone is still intact speaks volumes to the patience of his fellow passengers. Even if he forgot to pack his headphones, he could’ve simply purchased some at the airport or even on the plane itself.

Worst comes to absolute worst, if there was no way to obtain headphones, he should’ve either turned the sound off or done something else, altogether. There’s really no excuse for being this inconsiderate!

Traveling can be incredibly stressful and will often bring out the worst in people. This guy, clearly, let the emotions of traveling get the best of him as he threw a temper tantrum despite being a grown man.

Apparently, he refused to sit down because the business class only had apple juice when he wanted orange juice. Well, that’s one way to make your feelings known. Something tells us that he still didn’t get that orange juice, though.

This guy is, seriously, just way too comfortable! To be fair, the whole row is obviously empty so the fact that he’s lying down isn’t such a big deal. The real issue here is the direction in which he’s decided to rest.

His rear end, and his shoes, are facing the aisle for everyone to see. If he had just turned around, so that the less aesthetic parts of himself were facing the wall, that would’ve been acceptable.

This individual needed to dispose of their child’s soiled diaper and for some unfathomable reason, they’ve decided to put it in a cup people drink out of. We find it pretty hard to believe that they couldn’t find a single trash can on the whole plane.

Even if not, why a cup of all possible places?! Sure, the airline washes those cups before the next flight but we wouldn’t want to drink out of it, anyway. Would you?

It seems pretty clear that these girls really wanted to show off their pedicures. Or maybe they got new shoes and wanted the entire plane to notice? Whatever it is, this is just beyond rude!

While we appreciate that these women’s feet are well cared for, that’s still no excuse to subject everyone to seeing them throughout the entirety of the plane ride. This just goes to show that money can buy a pedicure but it can’t buy class.

Of all the things to dispose of, gum is one of the easiest because it’s so small. Really, you could just put your chewed-up gum into a napkin. Or, you can even spit it out directly into the trash. You can even swallow your gum if you don’t see a proper place to get rid of it.

What you shouldn’t do, though, is leave it out on an armrest for someone to accidentally put their hand on. This is just beyond gross, inconsiderate, and unsanitary.

We get it, sometimes parents just need a break. Even the best moms and dads need a moment to themselves every now and then. However, a flight on a public plane is not really the time or place to leave one’s child and go off on your own.

Not only is that dangerous for the kid but it’s also unbelievably annoying for the other passengers. Maybe these people weren’t ready to be parents and travelers, simultaneously.

We’re all for being economic and taking your own snacks onto a flight, rather than purchasing the pricey in-flight food. That being said, there are certain social rules involved when bringing one’s own food anywhere.

Truthfully, an entire seafood platter isn’t really appropriate to bring to any public place – especially not a plane. We can’t even imagine how much that stunk up the plane but that guy holding his nose is giving us a pretty good idea…

Changing a diaper is never particularly convenient, especially when in public, it can become quite a hassle to find an appropriate place to deal with it. Really though, this woman should’ve known that the aisle of the plane just wasn’t the place to change her child’s diaper.

She does know that planes have bathrooms, right? We’re pretty sure that experience was just as unpleasant for that poor kid as it was for all the passengers!

We’re very happy for this couple that they’re so in love with each other but perhaps the entire plane doesn’t need a front-row seat to that love? Public displays of affection are fine when kept to hand-holding and light kissing but these two seem well on their way to joining the mile-high club!

At the very least, they can go to the bathroom to do their business. You do you, lovebirds, but maybe in private next time?

This traveler seems confused as to what personal space is included in their airline ticket as opposed to public space / the plane’s aisle. They’ve strewn their belongings all over the aisle as if it’s their living room!

Not only is this incredibly rude but it’s also dangerous as someone could easily trip over this person’s stuff. If we were the flight attendants, we’d tell this passenger that their belongings can go under their seat or out the window. Their choice.

Finding clothes that are comfortable to travel in can be tricky, especially for longer flights. As tempting as it is to just drop one’s pants in the name of comfort, it’s still important to remember that other people didn’t agree to see that type of show.

While one’s comfort is important, the comfort of this guy’s fellow passengers is important too. Maybe the next time he wants to stand up on a plane, he should just make sure that he’s fully clothed and ready to be seen.

We assume that these two people knew each other before this flight, as the guy looks perfectly comfortable with the girl leaning on him. The guy on her other side, however, appears to be an unwilling participant in this couple’s love story.

It seems that this woman got a little too comfortable and mistakenly thought that she can cuddle her boyfriend, on a plane, the same way she does at home. That poor guy on her right looks like the definition of a third wheel!
